What are the top reasons a person adopts one site as their home page over another?

Personally, I think they stick with the default. I have seen many
people who, months after buying a computer, still haven't changed
their homepage from the original. I suspect with the Windows Vista
release, MSN Search will pick up as well as Windows Vista gets
deployed (as well as it combining MSN Search in other aspects of the
UI).
