I want to remove two paragraphs in a Spanish language rental contract
for a house I am renting out in Asturias, Spain (I am the landlord),
and substitute something different in official sounding language. This
is what the section currently
says:

What I want it to say is that the rental continues from month to month
indefinitely. The contract can be ended at any time by either party
with a three month notice. (Please also tell me what I would have to
change in the language if I have to change it to a four month, or five
month notice - the number of months is currently under negotiation).
There is no deposit on the apartment, so that doesn't have to be
mentioned.
Thanks.

Hello Herzenslust-ga,

Here you go...

3 months  ->  Tres meses
4 months  ->  Cuatro meses
5 months  ->  Cinco meses
1 month   ->  Un mes

I hope this helps!

Herzenslust,
Just a word of caution: I trust that you have checked whether a
longer notice period is in line with Spanish rent law.

(Don't bother to reply.)
Regards, Myoarin
