I'd like to know how many vehicles are presently on the road in the
USA and what the breakdown is according to year of manufacture.

I can provide you with the number of vehicles on the road for the year
2004, 2003, 2002 and 2001.

The breakdown by age of vehicle is available for the year 2001.
