I run a web server, and as of today, any mail being sent from the
server to an AOL email address bounces back with the following error
message:
http://postmaster.aol.com/errors/554rlyb1.html
I am 99.9% sure no SPAM is being sent from my server (it is a very
"closed" system and as I look through the mail logs, nothing out of
the ordinary catches my eye).
I've tried contacting AOL and they simply recommended signing up for
their Feedback Loop, which I don't seem to actually be getting any
feedback from.
This is a huge problem because I have forwarders set up on my server
so that my clients on AOL can have a professional email address
(@realdomainname.com) and have it forwarded to their AOL address. All
of these emails are now, obviously, being blocked.
What else can I do about this problem??? Is there a better way to
check logs for vulnerabilities, or something I'm missing when dealing
with AOL...? |
