I would like the Yahoo! music chat room "Indie" listed permanently and
publicly in the Music category once again.  The room is an official
Yahoo! chat room that became unlisted after Yahoo! closed its UK chat
service.

The Indie:1 room still exists on Yahoo!'s servers and can be accessed
by joining any Yahoo! chat room and typing "/join indie".

The currently publicly listed rooms can be found by either accessing
the Messenger/Yahoo! Chat/Join a room/ menus in the Yahoo Messenger
client, or by visiting:

It used to be possible to send a new room request to Yahoo! via a form
in their help section, but no response was received when I filled this
out last year.  No attempt at contacting Yahoo! directly with this
request has been successful.
