One of my friends is a single mother who's looking for entry level
tech work in the Seattle area.  She's actually quite the computer
enthusiast, and has for several years been the person everyone goes to
to clear out Spyware, etc.  And she has some professional experience,
but nothing full time.

The question is not where can she work.  The question is, are there
any placement organizations that I can pay to actively job hunt for
her?
