I am looking for simulated driving software that my Daughter can use
on her computer to improve her driving skills.
She has the steering wheel and brake and accelerator pedals that are
used for computer racing games.
Does this software exist?
It must be for north american road driving.

Whilst there are many video games that simulate driving, these are
aimed at high-speed racing and not driving on the roads. When I was
learning to drive, I tried Driving Test Success Practical
(http://www.amazon.co.uk/Focus-Multimedia-Ltd-Driving-Practical/dp/B0000DGYWT)
which is designed to simulate driving on roads in the UK.

However, in my experience, the software could not be compared with
actual driving, even when using a steering wheel and pedals, and the
best type of driving practice to have is in a car under instruction.
