Hello-- People who are least likely to vote have certain characteristics. They include: 1. They don't like any of the candidates. 2. They don't think voting is convenient. 3. They are busy people who don't think they have time to vote. 4. They are not interested in politics. 5. They don't think the outcome will make any difference in their lives. 6. They are typically younger Americans. 7. They tend to be lower income. 8. They tend to be not registered to vote. 9. They didn't care who won. 10. They take their voting rights for granted. 11. They are cynical about the political process. 12. They don't feel qualified to vote. 13. They are uninformed about the issues. 14. They feel they aren't powerful enough to vote. 15. They typically don't have college degrees. The Guardian wrote an article on this subject.
