I am running Windows Server 2003. I have an HP Deskjet 5850 connected
via USB to this machine, and I am able to use Print Server to print to
it over the network via sharing it.
I also have a Powerbook G4 running OS X 10.4.7. I have installed the
Print Server for Mac Component, and it appears to be running, but when
I try to add the Appletalk printer port it says "Specified port cannot
be added. The request is not supported."
Does that mean that my printers do not support appletalk? Or is
something else not set properly? I really, really want this to work.
