Dear Dunkin, "Europe" is a wide term. However, I attach here several leading websites, where people might look for apartments. The following are agent working in Europe (or American agents who claim to be able to sell in Europe) specialising in marketing Florida property (or international property, but Florida as part of it). Amstar Realty <http://www.amstarrealty.com/floridaforsalebyowner.htm> Appointmoor <http://www.appointmoorestates.co.uk/enquiry.htm> Bardell Real Estate <http://www.bardellrealestate.com/> Churchill Properties Overseas <http://www.churchilloverseas.com/content.php> Claremont <http://www.claremontpropertyservices.com/> Coldwell Banker <http://www.coldwellbankerteamrealty.com/> Daft <http://www.daft.ie/united_states/index.daft> (place advert yourself, not an agent) Elegant Homes <http://www.eleganthomesworldwide.com/> Engel & Voelkers <http://www.engelvoelkers.com/html/eng/wohnen/verkaeuferservice.htm> - one of the top real-estate companies in Germany. Escape Artist <http://members.escapeartist.com/register.php> - top site for the expat community Find a Place Abroad <http://www.findaplaceabroad.com/developers.php> Florida Homes Forever <http://www.overseashomesforever.com/?s=Florida> Florida Home International <http://www.buyahomeinorlando.com/> International Homes and Accommodations <http://www.glo-con.com/signup.php> Greenbox <http://www.greenbox.co.uk/> Lacey and Co. <http://www.laceypropertybrokers.com/sell.asp> Michael Rhodes <http://www.michael-rhodes.co.uk/sales.asp> Morris Overseas <http://www.morrisoverseas.com/SellYourProperty.asp> Movewithus <http://www.movewithus.co.uk/si.cmsx?itemID=13> Overseas Home Direct <http://www.overseas-homes-direct.com/new_members.php?command=new&type=developer> Overseas Real Estate <http://www.overseasrealestate.co.uk/Advertise/advertise.html> Pilgrim ltd <http://www.pilgrimhomes.com/property/sell_home.asp?name=property> Platinum <http://platinum.cicomms.co.uk/buying/option1/> ReMax <http://www.remax.com/residential/find_an_agent/index.aspx> - Remax is a real-estate giant with offices all over the world - you register with an agent in your own area, but they can pass the details to ReMax agents in Europe. Please note, that you can also search by country and add "specialisation: International" (by using the "Additional Search Options"), therefore selecting European agents that specialise in international property. Savills <http://www.savills.co.uk/abroad/> SunWorld Estates <http://www.sunworldestates.com/> Vivun <http://www.viviun.com/sign_up/> I hope this answers your question. Please contact me if you need any clarification on this answer before you rate it. |

Want to find those European buyers? Make a few calls to regional directors of international firms. Most of the large commercial firms do a lot of residential work from their European offices. All have websites with very useful info and contacts. Some may have groups who specialize in what you want. You will need to copy and paste the addresses below. http://www.naiglobal.com/ http://www.colliers.com/Corporate/ http://www.cbre.com/ http://www.grubb-ellis.com/ Good luck. |
