http://obl.nhkerk.org/ does provide some information in Dutch.

A simple (not professional) translation and summary is as follows:
This church is a new church for the new district of Oud-Beijerland
called "Poortwijk". People have been asked to give a name for this new
church and the Central Churchcouncil (Centrale Kerkenraad) have
decided to name it "Bethelkerk". Bethel means "House of God".
