I frequented Skinny Haven Restaurants in El Cajon, CA, San Diego, CA,
and Santa Ana, CA in the 1990's. These restaurants provided low cal
foods with nutritional info. for every item served. Skinny Haven
offered frozen novelties in their freezer section of every restaurant
for purchase. I have been searching for years for the skinny mousse
sandwich recipes made with their "skinny mousse" and chocolate wafer
cookies enrobed in carob. They came in Peanut Butter, Mint and
Chocolate flavors. The restaurant no longer exists and it appears the
recipes are long gone. ANY info would be greatly appreciated on this
recipe!
