What Lender recently financed the debt/subdebt project financing for the
Holt County Ethanol plant(Midwest Ethanol Producers is the parent
company) plant in O'Neill, Nebraska?

This is usually confidential information unless both parties have
agreed to make this public.  I can tell you that my firm did look at
the project and had issued a termsheet, but at the time the Company
was not satisfied with our offering.  We are currently working with
the parent company one their other projects so with luck we will get
those projects.
