We would like a list of condo's or hotel room units that are available
in Maui this year from Dec 26 (check in) through January 6th (check
out).

The list item MUST fit the following requirements:

Price - Between $75-150USD per night for 2 people
Location - Maui - within 2 blocks of a beach and within 15 minutes by
taxi or vehicle to at least 3 golf courses
kitchenette or some cooking facilities
Queen or King bed
Air Conditioning
pool
iron
safe
TV/cable
rental car agency onsite or nearby (within 10 minute taxi ride)
non smoking units

The location MAY include (nice to have)
Internet access right in the room
fitness facility
bar, lounge or dancing close by
laundry facilities nearby
CD or DVD player

While I appreciate that this may take some time if one isn't familiar
with source information readily, we have been "hung out to dry" on our
planned accomodations and have already lost a significant amount of $.
 We saw other answers priced at $8 for travel, and so priced ours the
same.  I have increased it to $20 to see if we can get an answer.  If
not, I will have to do the research myself as we cannot afford $100 or
$200 research.
