I would like a list by category of independently owned small
businesses that consume the most natural gas (whether for climate
control, used in manufacturing process, whatever). I am not concerned
about the ratio of this cost to other facets of the business, only in
the raw volume of gas provided by their utility. I realize this will
most likely be based on generalizations, but that is OK. For example,
one could surmise that a restaurant owner, with several large ovens
will use more gas than a local realty office.

The purpose of the question is to indentify those small businesses
that are especially vulnerable to price increases.
