I am in the process of writing a dissertation and would like to have
it printed as a book. I would like to find a company who will print
as little as 1 - 10 copies at a reasonable cost. I would also like
the copyright of the book to remain mine and the service simply be a
way of printing a few books for my own use. Can anyone suggest any
services and price estimates? Thanks!

Cafepress.com will do this, and do a very nice job, too :)
