Is it possible to dream while snoring?

There are numerous websites that have a list of "fun facts" about
dreaming, but there seems to be little concrete evidence supporting
this one way or the other.  Something concrete would be appreciated.

This isn't exactly concrete, but my own experience...

I have woken up several snorers over the years (in an effort to get
some sleep myself), and there were atleast 2 occasions when the snorer
told me that they were in the middle of a good dream.
