I am looking for the cost of piracy in the middle east. This includes
rebroadcasting, cable and smart card piracy in all forms.

I've never been a fan of any analysis of the theft of a non-rival good
or service.  Technically, the cost is 0.  Most self-serving industry
studies will assume that every person who steals the service would
have been paying customers, which is patently ridiculous.

You may have a point, but surely, that would be for me to explain in
the study I am doing. I can assure that this is not a "self serving"
report that I am generating, but rather a look at the financial aspect
in a given region. Also we are all aware that to "assume" anything
would only make an ass out of you and me.
