I am looking for the cost of piracy in the middle east. This includes
rebroadcasting, cable and smart card piracy in all forms.
There is no answer at this time.

I've never been a fan of any analysis of the theft of a non-rival good
or service. Technically, the cost is 0. Most self-serving industry
studies will assume that every person who steals the service would
have been paying customers, which is patently ridiculous.

You may have a point, but surely, that would be for me to explain in
the study I am doing. I can assure that this is not a "self serving"
report that I am generating, but rather a look at the financial aspect
in a given region. Also we are all aware that to "assume" anything
would only make an ass out of you and me.
