I am looking to obtain some assistance in obtaining virtual tour links
for as many colleges and universities as possible in excel format. 
I'd also like to have the IPEDS ID (see nces.ed.gov/ipeds/cool/)
attached for each institution.

The list (with all its caveats) may be useful to you, and perhaps a
researcher can add the IPEDS codes to some of these to make for an
answer to your question.

But please do let us know how many links -- codes and all -- would
make for a suitable answer.
