I am wondering about the names of two movies. I remember watching
these when I was a kid (1970-1980).

The first one is about a couple who buys a house with a bricked-up
fireplace. They unbrick the fireplace, and these little
people/creatures get out. In one scene, I think I remember they are
eating dinner and the things are running across the table. Seems like
I watched this in high school 1976-1980.

The second one is harder, I think. It was a ghost story of sorts. It
seems there was a woman's locket and a man's pocket watch involved,
and when the items were finally placed together the dead couple was at
peace. Seems like there might have been a seance scene. I remember
seeing this one more than once. Probably before 1976.

Anybody got any ideas?
