Bacitracin powder is not stable when combined with alcohol (tincture).
It may last only a week or so before degradation. With some
antibiotics in solution, a preservative can be added to increase
stability over time. What preservative can be added to have
Bactitracin powder in alcohol stable for 6-12 months?
