I ran across a web hosting company that was offering an excellent
price for dedicated servers.  For some reason I didn't bookmark their
website and I can't find it.  I read about the company and have a good
recollection of where they are located, what services they offer, and
when they started the business.

Can you help me find the name and website for this company?  Here is
the information I can remember about them:

located in Dallas, Texas
startup in 2005
CEO previously managed other data centers
simple and clean website (no flash)

brand new equipment
no setup fees
no contract

plan offered:
Pentium D (dual core)
1 Gig ram
250 Gig SATA Hard drive
10 Mbit connection

I know it is a very general description and could apply to many other
businesses in the Dallas area, but I'm sure there are only a few that
were started in 2005.

Any assistance in tracking down this web host provider would be appreciated.
