I would like to know how I can watch the football game between Texas
and Ohio State on September 9th, 2006 online, from my PC via live streaming. I
am willing to pay for the viewing.

I am pretty sure that you can't watch live. I wonder how much the delay is.

Why are some events offered live while others are delayed? 
Due to Big 12 contractual television agreements, many UT streaming
events can only be shown on a delayed basis. Also in conjunction with
those contracts, certain events that are streamed on a delayed basis
cannot begin before stipulated times within the agreements.

I was hoping that there was a site that somehow "mistakenly" bypasses
the regulations and stream one of ABC local affiliate channels.
