They were very difficult to find, but here are three places that sell
20% vinegar for use as a herbicide. They include a sticking agent to
help the effectiveness. I trust that this is acceptable.

http://www.garden-ville.com/20_vinegar.htm
Cost: $21.95 per gallon
Shipping: $16.84
TOTAL: $38.79

http://www.amleo.com/index/item.cgi?cmd=view&Words=bvg
Cost: $25.99 per gallon
Shipping: $8.95 ("estimate" from their website)
TOTAL:$34.94

http://www.naturehills.com/new/product/accessories_productpage.aspx?proid=3767
Cost: $23.49 per gallon
Shipping: $11.95
TOTAL: $35.44

I just got an email back from this company as well:
http://www.bradfieldind.com/
"55 gallon drum, wt 500# of the 20% Horticultural Vinegar costs $299.
Ships form the Kansas City area. Cost to ship is $133.93. Shows two
day transit time."
TOTAL: $432.93 for 55 gallons ($7.87 per gallon including shipping)

I'm waiting on an email to see how much it would be for a single
gallon if that is available. I'll let you know what I find.

This is mixed oranic herbicide with vinegar called "Burn Out":

Please let me know if you require any additional information by
posting a request for clarification.

Thanks!

Here is the response that I got from http://www.bradfieldind.com/

"We don't sell singles. Minimum order is 6 cases (24 gallons). If you
want to try one gallon out, call Morgan County Seed at 573-378-2655.
Probably looking at total landed cost to you of around $24 for a
gallon from them to you."

That would be cheaper than any of the others. You might try giving
Morgan County Seed a call.
