According to annual reports from 2005 (could be 2004 if necessery),
what is the advertising/marketing budget as a percentage of net sales
for the following companies. Please give me the figures for Net Sales,
Advertising/Marketing Cost, and then the calculated percentage
(everything in dollars please). The companies are the following:

TTI
Husquarna
MTD
John Deere
Makita
Dolmar
Kubota
Honda
Toro
Stihl
