Here's what I'm looking for :

A "work from home online" program that doesn't involve selling and
actually generates income (money, that is, that you can put in the
bank.. say maybe $10 or $20 a month would be good) and that you can do
anywhere in the world. I'm posting this semi-seriously because I don't
believe that one actually exists. And if one did you wouldn't be
telling everyone for $2. But I've been wrong before.. so.. are there
any meeting that criteria ? :)

Hi,

Yes, there are programs that actually work.

I believe Google has a researcher section where you pay to have your
questions answered and the researchers, who work from home, are paid
for their time, expertise and research skills. The application process
is explained on the site.
Here's a review from an impartial
source:http://www.iptek.net.id/eng/news/36.htm

There are also paid to surf and paid to read email programs that
generate small amounts of money. The catch with some of these is that
they require you to buy products to earn cash.

My Points (www.mypoints.com/) is one that gives you the option of just
clicking. They award points which are redeemable for gift certificates
or other products. They took care of most of my Christmas shopping
last year.

There are plenty of other paid to read email programs. None pay a lot,
but if you're wading through spam anyway, you might want to consider
some of them.

Here's a site that lists paid to read email and has links to online
surveys that pay: http://trollium.htmlplanet.com/MakeMoneyOnlineB.html
- Make money Online.

These references are supplied with the warning that you need to be
careful. There are scams out there that say they'll pay and don't.
However, many are really marketing companies who are providing a
service to their clients and paying a small portion of their profits
to you. It's up to you to shop for the good ones. Another warning. The
goal of many of these is to get you to sign up or buy products. If you
can ignore a sales pitch you can fill a lot of holiday stockings with
these programs. If you can't ignore sales pitches - steer clear!

Get Paid to Read E-Mail - http://shop.bltg.com/email.htp
has another list that you can check.

The other work at home programs that I have seen I can't recommend.
Sorry. If I come across one that isn't a MLM scheme or that doesn't
ask you to invest money to find out what they have to offer, I'll post
it!

search terms:paid to read email

You'll make back your $2.00 anyway!

Have fun.

Hi,

The Google researcher positions are a work online program that really
works. It works so well that they have been flooded with qualified
candidates :-) Applications are not being accepted now, but that seems
to be a temporary situation.

See: "How do I sign up to become a Researcher?
Because of an overwhelming response by qualified candidates, we are
temporarily not accepting additional applications. Please check back
with us again, as we likely will begin accepting applications again in
the near future."
https://answers.google.com/answers/faq.html#aboutga

I recommend watching for the application process to be opened again.
It's an interesting position if you enjoy research.

I realize that the My Points program doesn't pay cash. That's why I
specified that they pay in points that are redeemable for products. I
do use it and it's not intrusive. The points can be redeemed for gift
certificates - which makes it almost like cash :-) unless you need to
pay rent or buy groceries with the revenue it generates. Since you
were looking for $10 or $20 a month, it seemed like a program that
might fit your needs. Although I do receive mail from them, I don't
get any reward for recommending them to you. I just found it to be a
decent program.

And while it is true that you can't register for that program anywhere
in the world, they do accept participants from the United States,
Australia, Canada, Japan, South Africa, the UK and US Military
territories. Once you register you can read the posts anywhere in the
world - as long as you can access your email account.

It was an extra bit of information over what you requested that I
thought might be of interest. If you only want programs that pay cash
and are available anywhere in the world, feel free to ignore that one
:-)

Thanks for requesting the clarification. I hope this answers your
questions.

Regards,

At least _you_ have a better answer. I'm not gonna quibble about the
two bux (maybe he needs the money) but I'm not gonna rate this -- it
was asked half in jest. But I would have appreciated it if he (and it
IS a he) spent a little more time to read the question before deciding
whether or not to answer it.

I'll add another possibility to the list, even though it's not quite
work at home.

Netflip.com is one of those cash-back-for-shopping sites, but it's
worth checking out. They have many offers for signing on to credit
cards that will pay $10-20 bucks just for signing up. The cards
themselves generally have no fees, so you can get free money for
signing up, and when the cards arrive, you can just put them in
storage if you don't need them.

By signing on to a card a month, you could easily generate the 10-20
bucks you're looking for (assusming your credit record is acceptable
to the companies).

Anyway, just a thought.

One company I have done quite a bit of work for is
http://www.clicknwork.com/. They are not very high-paying, but if you
enjoy research, it is a good place to start. The qualifying pre-test
is currently open, so you can give it a try!
You can certainly earn at least $20/month or more, if that is your
goal!

If you choose to pursue signing up for credit cards for cash bonuses,
make a point of cutting the card in half and writing a letter to the
issuer to cancel the card within a month of receiving it. If you have
a dozen or more open credit card lines, with only a few hundred
dollars of credit limit on each, this can mean a total available
credit line of thousands of dollars. If at some point you try to get a
loan, the lender will pull your credit report and see that you have
the potential ability to get in WAY over your head, and they may
decline the loan. Having lots and lots of open credit card lines will
also lower your credit score, which lenders use as a decision tool in
whether to grant or deny credit.

Hope this information is of assistance to you!
