I just want someone to tell me in detail the steps how you do live
looping in Ableton Live, if its possible to rewire my Garageband
virtual instruments in it, and keep it as simple as possible for an
idiot
like me.

Okay here's my rig 

Macbook running Mac OS X Tiger
Ableton Live 5.2
M-audio Keystation 49e
Denon s3500 Cd turntable
Behringer BCR2000

Here's what i wanna do

I want to have two sources of sounds

Ones comin from my midi keyboard. can i play using the sounds from my
garageband instruments? coz i have a lot of that already and
programming the impulse and simpler instruments in ableton is
complicated for me

the other source is comin from the the CD turntable

If I can't use the BCR2000 its ok. I just want to get out those two
sounds outta my dang thing and loop it. Thanks.
