I have a consulting business (Texas S-Corp) and I am going to hire a
part time intern to pursue legitimate energy-related grant
opportunities via the web. SBIR, Department of Energy, etc. are the
likely programs/resources we would access. We would like to focus on
the domestic liquified natural gas (LNG) market for new receiving
terminals and processing. Ideally, the point of the grant would be to
study and design the safest ways in which to build and operate LNG
receiving facilities.
Where are some good starting points on the web to identify grant
opportunities, find grant writers, understand the process, and find
interested corporate/academic co-sponsors? |

coastallng-ga,
Your question, while ultimately manageable, is a complex one, since
you've asked for several very different things:
1 identify grant opportunities
2. find grant writers
3. understand the process
4. find interested corporate/academic co-sponsors
I suggest you break these up into separate question here at Google
Answers. Someone might be able to help with one, or even two of these
items, but perhaps not all four, which leaves them essentially unable
to post an answer.
Just a suggestion...
