Hi aogem,

I have no opinion on these sites, so what I have determined about them
is based entirely on research.

Asiatronik.com is a scam. Do not buy anything from this site.

First of all, the site was only registered on August 20, 2006, yet the
site's "About US" section--
http://asiatronik.com/index.php?sp=about&PHPSESSID=f0eb5ef6e56a24f94b317225d1507292

says that the company is an "international trading company" that has
been in business since 1999. Why would a company that had been in
business since 1999 just now create a website for its main name,
Asiatronik? If this is an international business for the past seven
years, it would surely have had to have a domain registered prior to
now.

In addition, the registered name is due to expire in one year, in
August 2007. Scammers often register domains for short periods of
time, just enough to do their work and abandon the domain.

This site also claims that the company makes "estimated annual sales"
of $1 million to 2.5 million US dollars. There is a big difference
between 1 million and 2 million, and a company would certainly know
how much it was making. In addition, most private companies don't
advertise how much they make in sales or profits-- usually, only
publicly traded companies do so. This section of the site also claims
that the company has "11-35 employees." This makes it seem as if the
company either doesn't know how many employees it has hired (unlikely)
or it is trying to hide something.

When checking in the Whois database for Asiatronik.com, the registrar
is seen as Ridwan Lubis and the email address as
ridwancompany@gmail.com. The person registering the site for a company
that makes 1-2 million dollars in sales would probably not use a free
email address to register his or her site. Additionally, the
registrant, technical contact, billing contact and administrative
contact for this "11-35 employee" company are all the same.

Finally, there is ultimate proof that this is a scammer creating
multiple fake companies to "sell" products. When searching for various
parts of the address registered to Asiatronik.com:

Jl Raya Boulevard Timur Blok NB I/27 Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara
& Lebong Kuala Lumpur 50100 Malaysia
    Jakarta Utara
    Jakarta Raya,14250

I found other websites that use this exact same address or variants of
it, claiming the exact same things that the "About Us" section of
Asiatronik does.

For instance,
http://www.alibaba.com/company/10802817.html

reads almost exactly like Asiatronik.com's "About Us" section. I will
compare the two below.

Parlente:
" Parlente store is an International Trading company, we are Located
at 2 Lebong, Kuala Lumpur 50100 Malaysia."
Asiatronik:
"The AsiaTronik is an International Trading company , we are Located
at Jl. Raya Boulevard Timur Blok NB I/27 Kelapa Gading Indonesia.
apart from That's We have 1 Branch office Located at 2 Lebong , Kuala
Lumpur 50100 Malaysia."

Parlente:
"Parlente store was established in 1999 in Indonesia, originally
specialized in Electronics & Electrical products."
Asiatronik:
"AsiaTronik was established in 1999 in Indonesia , originally
specialized in Electronics & Electrical products."

Parlente:
"AsiaTronik recently developed and shipped its first product for the
Asian market and wordwide."
Asiatronik:
"AsiaTronik recently developed and shipped its first product for the
Asian market and wordwide. "

--Hmm, yup that's right, the site for Parlente actually said
"Asiatronik" instead of "parlente" at one point. The CEO of Coke
doesn't actually mention Pepsi in a speech. It doesn't work that way.

Parlente:
"Our range of electronic kits is getting bigger and better by the
week. There are currently some 50 more product electronic and
electronic projects for you to choose from our company. All items are
normally available for immediate delivery from our stock warehouse."
Asiatronik:
"Our range of electronic kits is getting bigger and better by the
week. There are currently some 50 more product electronic and
electronic projects for you to choose from our company. All items are
normally available for immediate delivery from our stock warehouse."

Parlente:
"We export and Import out products mainly Asia Island, Europe Island,
America Island. If you are seeking for a trustworthy and long-term
partner, It is time to take up the phone or write us now."
Asiatronik:
"We export and Import out products mainly Asia Island, Europe Island,
America Island. If you are seeking for a trustworthy and long-term
partner, It is time to take up the phone or write us now."

Company Profile
Company Name: Parlente Store
Country/Territory: Malaysia
Address: 2 Lebong, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Malaysia
Products/Services We Offer: Laptop
Business Type: Trading Company
Industry Focus: Notebooks/Laptops ,
Geographic Markets: Worldwide
No. of Employees: 11 - 50 People
Annual Sales Range (USD): US$10 Million - US$50 Million
Certificates: iSO 9001
Year Established: 1999"

As you can see, the details of the company have been amplified--
"Parlente Company" now employs "11-50 people" rather than the "11-35"
of Asiatronik, and it makes US$10 million-50 million, rather than $1
million-2.5 million. They were both established in 1999, at the same
address.

Isn't that quite a coincidence that these two international companies,
with different names, neither of whom know how many employees they
have hired or how much money they make, both happened to start at this
exact same address in 1999?

This is a scam and should be recognized as such.

---------------------

Now, for nazwaproducts.com.

This is also a scam.

This is not as easy to figure out as Asiatronik, but it is still run
by scammers. If you'll notice, just as with Asiatronik above, this
site's whois is located in Sumatera Utara, in Indonesia. Here is the
complete whois:

FinStar International
    Nazwa Khaliq Aziz (ddfabi@gmail.com)
    Adam Malik No.20
    Medan
    Sumatera Utara,20000
    ID
    Tel. +62.6130208017

You'll notice that this is also registered with a free gmail.com
address, and the website was created in July 2006 and expires in July
2007, all things that are the hallmarks of scams.

Indonesia is well-known for being the home to websites like this;
there are not laws there which allow someone who has been scammed to
get their money back.

On this page of Nawza's website:
http://nazwaproducts.com/privacy.php

They ask for international orders to be given by transfers from a bank
account or Western Union. These payments cannot be stopped once made
and there is no way to get one's money back when it has been accepted
in Indonesia.

If a company is legitimate, it would not set up a website run in
Indonesia and only accept bank transfers and Western Union. And Nazwa
claims to be legitimate:

"Our company Nazwa Products Co.Ltd based in Indonesia, is a
professional manufacturer a brand new mobile phones and digital
cameras."
http://www.tradenet.com/Computers,_Electronics_&_Telecom/Nazwa_Products_Co.,_Ltd-489-265-0-0.html

First of all, there is no way Nazwa can be a "professional
manufacturer" of brand new mobile phones and digital cameras. These
are manufactured by huge multinational companies such as Nokia and
Kodak, not by Nazwa in Indonesia.

The company's whois is also headed by the company name "FinStar
International." There is a FinStar International, but it is an
American company whose website is registered to Stephen Fister of
Pawcatuck, Connecticut, not someone in Indonesia.

Finally, parts of the website are the exact same as another
electronics website, http://www.d40hardware.com/policy.html.html

Both include the following paragraph:
"Money Back Policy

In case you wish to return a product purchased on our site for a full
refund, send it back within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
The product must be returned in its original packing, gift box with
all components, accessories and owners manual included. Any damage or
abuse to the product or missing components and accessories will
subject you to repair and refurbish charges to restore the product to
its original condition by PT.D40 Hardware. For any returns requested
after the 30 days period, customer is subject to a 15% re-stocking
fee.
The 30 days money back guarantee only applys to boxes unopened and
products unused. PT.D40 Hardware does not accept returns of products
once they are used or the box opened.
PT.D40 Hardware reserves the right to determine which products are
eligable for return and refund and in no way is obligated to accept a
return within the first five days or after that period."

The websites even both have "eligabel" misspelled the same way. This
is not the first "company" that Nazwaproducts has set up. This PT D40
Hardware website also claims that they only accept Western Union or
bank transfer for a first order. The entirety of that page is
identical to this one for Nazwa products:

http://nazwaproducts.com/privacy.php

In addition, a search of the Web for "nazraproducts" and its various
forms unearths a Mexican site in which Nazra Products is doing
business. The website is here:
http://mexico.busytrade.com/products/productsInfo.php?sampleID=118720

The contact name is "David Cheng," which is not an Indonesian name.
The contact numbers are different than those given for Nazra Products,
and it also only accepts bank transfer and money order on this
website.

I strongly advise you NOT to do business with either of these companies.

Search terms:
lebong kuala lumpur 50100
whois asiatronik.com
whois nazwaproducts.com
nazwaproducts
Nazwa products

Again, do yourself a favour and do NOT do business with either of
these companies. If you need any additional help or clarifications,
let me know and I'll be glad to help.
