Hi, 
I need to know of an API or software that will let me connect two
landline or mobile numbers together. For example, a web surfers sees a
number on my site  and 'Clicks to connect' which prompts the web
surfer for their own number. After the web surfer inputs his number,
he will then recieve a call which connects him/her to the number from
the website.

Anyone know of an API or software that will do this?
