I am seriously trying to find a product and hope you can help. I have
an empty box of K&M Heavy-Duty Vinyl, Super Clear, Top Loading Sheet
Protectors. It held 50 sheets which are 3-hole punched. They do NOT
have a white strip on the left vertical edge. They are strong enough
to fan yourself with and are totally clear. I bought it years ago and
think that Avery may have bought them out. I am looking for a way to
get my hands on more boxes of same. I would also like to find a way to
contact them if they have not been bought out or find a store that
sells the brand. I have contacted Staples, Office Depot and Office Max
with no success. I have also been searching the web and am at a loss.
If you think you have a similar heavy weight protector and want to
send a sample please respond. If it is what I want I will be forever

It appears that K&M has been a division of Avery for quite some time, but I
have not, just as yourself, found any sign that products are still being sold
under the K&M brand name.  I managed to track down a phone number for K&M,
but that lead back to, you guessed it, Avery.

Avery does produce a product that appears to match your description.
