i have a plastic boat about 11 feet long and 50 inches wide. what size trailer do I need to buy for my boat? |

The main factor is the weight. Is the boat moulded plastic or fibreglass? Fibreglass is the heavier. Aluminium boats are lighter. Timber are heaviest even more so than steel, but it is not often such a relatively small boat is built in steel. A single axle trailer with a single steel main bar and its side supports should be sufficient. |

HI AGAIN. Plastic is even lighter than fibreglass. Just about any two wheel trailer should do it. Some types are even foldable. If your vehicle is a utility or light truck [ I have a Nissan Navara] cart it around on that. I do with my own dinghies, and have no need of a separatye trailer, saving cost and an extra road licence. |

We have have a mini van.(toyota siena). We usually put it on the roof but its not very convienent. |
