I have read 2 articles , rather extreme , on the subject of fluoride.

http://www.ekostv.com/node/125

http://www.klamathbasincrisis.org/freedom/conspiracies/flouride020206.htm

a quote from the first article:

"At the end of World War II, US government sent Charles Eliot Perkins,
a research worker in chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and
pathology, to take charge of the vast Farben chemical plants in
Germany. The German chemists told Perkins of a scheme which they had
devised..//...German chemists explained of their attempt to control
the population in any given area through the mass medication of
drinking water with sodium fluoride, a tactic used in German and
Russian prisoner of war camps to make the prisoners stupid and
docile"(Stephen 1995)"

from the second article:

"When the Nazis under Hitler decided to go into Poland, both the
German General Staff and the Russian General Staff exchanged
scientific and military ideas, plans, and personnel, and the scheme of
mass control through water medication was seized upon by the Russian
Communists ..."

"... We discussed quite thoroughly the fluoridation of water supplies
and how we were using it in Russia as a tranquilizer in the prison
camps. The leaders of our school felt that if it could be induced into
the American water supply..."

(the latter supposedly from "testimony before the Government is in
Volume 9 of the Un-American Activities Report for 1939" )

ok, so i'm not american, and i don't have much to spend.

if you can find an official document (such as the 'stephen 1995'
article) stating that russians or gremans actually used fluoride in
drinking water to subdue prisoners or concentration camp inhabitants,
or even that 'un-american activities report' , i'm happy. well, sad.
depends on how you look at it.

I did not find independent German sources mentioning this, only texts
parroting American conspiracy theorists. Frankly, I don't believe that
the Nazis used fluorine to subdue concentration camp prisoners. They
had other methods: Terror, violence, physical and mental torture.

Charles Eliot Perkins was born in 1890.

He wrote "The truth about water fluoridation":

Docile-ga, referring to your question (previous comment) about the testimony:

If the testimony by Oliver Kenneth Goff is indeed in "Volume 9 of the
Un-American Activities Report for 1939" then, I suppose, the
Researcher pafalafa-ga
could find out more about the bibliographical details or the archival
whereabouts of this document.
