Im trying to land an interview for a management job in a division of
Walt Disney World in Orlando. The division is called Walt Disney Parks
& Resorts Online (WDPRO)and is in Orlando, FL. Its under the Disney
Internet Group (DIG.com) Im trying to find someone inside WDPRO in a
leadership position that I can contact via email. Ive found a couple
of
"high-ups" via Net research (Alan Johnson VP, Ted Jansen VP) and have
emailed them but I believe they were TOO high up the ladder...received
no acknowledgements. Ive sent my resume through WDW Recruiting
already, so a recuiter's name would not suffice.

I found this, dated 12/2000, which may (or may not) be useful. Good
luck in your job search...

You might try mailing an actual typewritten letter with an original
pen signature. Everyone these days gets inundated with hundreds of
e-mails, and most job applicants are too lazy or busy to write real
letters, so I would think that this might be one way where you could
make yourself stand out. Of course, it probably wouldn't hurt to send
an e-mail as well.

Good Luck!
