I need two sides of 5 Environmental Issues. For an example for Off
shore oil drilling the two sides would be disturbances of the
biosphere, high oil spills risk and such vs. money, jobs, energy
source etc.

I would also appreciate if you can include your sources so I can
research each topic further.
