Else...

Picasa isn't a 'format' but a viewing program....dependent on the
format of your pics (generally jpg) you have choices as to a: how to
get them on your treo and b: what program to view them with on your
treo.

To save pictures from Picasa to your treo. Open up your Palm Desktop,
click on the media icon and you should be able to drag/drop images
into them. If not, you'll need to navigate to the folder where the
images are located and drag/drop them from there.
