I need to find information about the civilian casualty policies of
Canada. Like, do they pay compensation when the Canadian military
causes a civilian casualty in another country?

I want current policy, within the last decade at the most. In other
words NOT world war II or something.

Source should be reliable, not an editorial or personal page.
