What is it that liberals believe? Not liberal in the Al Franken or Michael Moore sense, but rather in the Woodrow Wilson and Immanuel Kant sense. In other words, what are the core tenets of classic liberal internationalism? We hear the world liberal thrown around all the time, but it is important that we clarify how international relations understands liberalism. |

Try www.libertarian.org The modern Libertarians believe much as the liberals of two centuries ago believed. Present liberals in the USA are opposite to classic Liberals in almost every way. Many present day Liberals in the USA are more like Fasciests, Socialists, Communists, Muslum Clarics and other criminals and liers. Some Liberals and Muslums are nice people, but typically their leades stink. Neil |

I view Joe Lieberman as an old-school liberal. The Democratic Party seems to be leaving such people behind these days as it veers to the left. |
