I am looking for some up to date numbers (i.e. 2005 or later) on the
following questions:

A-) What percentage of applications are being developed using the
Microsoft .NET platform vs. Java or others? Ideally I would like to
see the fortune 5000 and the rest of the world. I need to know where
this trend is going (i.e. over the next 5 years).I need data from a
reputable source and I need some back-up (i.e. I can't just have the
stat I need some information on the study etc.)

B- What is the current usage of server web farms for web based
internet applications? Specifically I would like to know what
percentage of internet applications use a web farm (i.e. more then 1
web server?). Ideally I would like to see the fortune 5000 and the
rest of the world. I need to know where this trend is going (i.e.
over the next 5 years). I need data from a reputable source and I need
some back-up (i.e. I can't just have the stat I need some information
on the study etc.)

C-) What is the current % of personalized data being served by web
applications today? Ideally I would like to see the fortune 5000 and
the rest of the world. I need to know where this trend is going (i.e.
over the next 5 years). I need data from a reputable source and I need
some back-up (i.e. I can't just have the stat I need some information
on the study etc.)

Hello strangeloop32-ga,

You'll have a much better chance of getting at least a partial answer
if you post three separate questions. It is highly likely that not all
three (if any) of your questions will be answerable. If we can't find
answers to all three parts of your question, we can't post an answer
as you have posed the question. Also, if you post three separate
questions more than one researcher can be working on your questions at
the same time. Just a suggestion.

Good luck.
