i need to know about a special pension plan for ceo hugh aiken of
atchison casting corporation that was set up in the early to
mid-1990's. (then fdy on the nyse exchange, now de-listed and trading
as ahnc.ob) the plan provided immediate vesting for aiken. my
questions: was this plan modified (probably in 1997?) what pension
plan or plans were in effect for aiken during the year 1999? did he
have a vested plan during 1999? if not, how soon after 1999 did his
plan again become vested? i'll need to be able to cite the actual sec
documents which contain this information, and i'll need to be able to
access this information myself (or have you provide me with copies of
the sec papers.)

I don't know enough about pensions to answer your question, but basic
details about the CEO's pension would be available from the SEC's
EDGAR database at (http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?type=&dateb=&action=getcompany&CIK=0000911115).
Look at the proxy statements or annual reports.
