teaching. You said that you would like to supplement your income. You
asked about online universities but I thought you might be interested
in some newly emerging opportunities in corporate e-learning as well.

are more possibilities than simply diploma mills or accredited

This book is in its 15th addition and is the best guide to distance
education, including online learning. It lists 3000+ educational
institutions and will provide a very good overview of what is
happening in the field. You can pick up a used copy or an earlier
edition for under $15.
Here are some additional suggestions for finding online teaching jobs.
· Contact your local schools and universities to find out about their
online instructional programs.
· Ask among your friends and acquaintances to see if any of them are
teaching online and ask for their assistance in identifying
opportunities.
· Identify schools you would like to teach for and approach them with
a proposal for a course.
· Identify courses you would like to teach and search the Web to see
which schools are already offering such courses. They will sometimes
need replacement instructors or add new classes
