I am doing an ecommerce business. The customers who are from
Bangladesh living overseas place gift orders to be delivered in
Bangladesh. The company in registered in USA. I have a contractor in
Bangladesh who delivers the gift items in Bangladesh on my behalf. I
send them monthly payment that I incurred and billed. Do I need any
kind of approval or registration to make this monthly payment? Do I
need anything beside a business license in the US?

I have been sending the payment via bank account. My question is that
is there any legal issues or complication that I should be aware of?
