I have picasa 2.  A new problem developed.  I cannot export photos,
send email, or order prints.  I have tried turning off the firewall
and the anti-virus, but this didn't work.  What should I do?

What build of Picasa (look under Help/About)

What error messages, if any, are you getting?

Can you actually push the buttons or are they greyed out?

What operating system are you using (with version number)?

The build of Picasa 2 is 28.20,0
Lately there have been no error messages.  Last week I would often get
a notice that I was not connected to the internet.  But I was
connected.
The buttons at the bottom are greyed out and cannot be pushed.
I'm using Windos XP (don't know the version number)
