I've also tried to tackle this question, but the needed information is
not readily available online. Two marketing sites, Mindbranch
(www.mindbranch.com) and Frost (www.medicaldevices.frost.com) are
where you can get comprehensive information for your question at a
steep price (very steep!). Most of my other findings are about
myomectomy and uterine fibroids in general. Good luck.
