Booting SuSE Linux 9.3 with a CRT, I see all boot messages. Booting
SuSE Linux 9.3 with different analog LCD monitors, nothing is
displayed after the POST, except "out-of-sync or out-of-range", until
the SuSE Login Dialog appears; X works
fine. What settings/configuration files do I need to modify to get
most LCD monitors to display all messages, as do CRT monitors?

Does your LCD monitor have the function "auto image adjust"?(You can
try the buttons on the monitor.) If yes, you can try it.
