I would like to know the number of travel guidebooks distributed per
year from 2002-05 by each of Lonely Planet, Frommers, and Fodors.  I
will consider a partial payment for partial answer (i.e., 2005 only,
or Frommers only).  Please cite your sources for the answer... thanks!
