I could not find a men's XXL navy-colored pea coat for under $100, but
I did find a great bargain in a black coat that might interest you:

I have bought many items from Sportsman's Guide, and have never been
disappointed.

(NOTE: When I tried to put a 2XL coat in my cart to determine its
availability, I was told that this size is currently on backorder, and
will be available October 27, according to the site.)

Burlington Coat Factory (if you have one in your area) sometimes
stocks genuine Navy Issue pea coats (and several other brands) in a
variety of sizes for about $80. I believe that they are 100% wool.
Also, you can check an army-navy store for a used navy issue.
