I would like to know what is considered to be the best vitamin on the
market, based on non-partisan, in depth, compartive studies that have
cross researched the subject. Also if there is such a study, please
let me know the name, so I can purchase it. Thank you.

I am looking for the best brand name, based on a comparative study.
I'm sure such studies exist and are non-partisan and compreshensive.

I hope you do know that the various vitamins have different purposes,
or put the other way, deficiency of different vitamins results in
different diseases. They are not interchangable, that is, there is no
one "best" vitamin.

Are you looking for the best brand of vitamins? Multivitamin or a

If you're looking for multivitamins, you may want to read the article
about them in the February 2006 issue of Consumer Reports.

There's a brief summary of the article here:

I've been taking a liquid vitamin supplement which is derived from
seaweed which naturally contains all the vitamins your body needs. It
really makes me feel great and that I'm doing something healthy for my
body! Here's the website I order it from: www.URCleanandLean.com
It's called Body Balance.

Hi mugs1-ga,

Source Naturals and Planetary Herbals supplements are at or above the
governments RDA because these supplement lines feel the average
American diet doesn?t supply all the vitamins and minerals needed for
optimal health. The Staff here at VitaNet recommends Source Naturals
and Planetary herbals as the supplement line everyone should be
taking! The staff feels the Quality of Source Naturals and Planetary
Herbals supplements speak for them selves. If you are looking for the
Best Vitamin Supplements on the market today give these two brands a
try.

Here are some crucial factors you must know and consider: what are the
highest quality ingredients a multi vitamin can use; what are the most
stringest manufacturing methods for producing the best multi vitamin;
what other nutrients need to be present in order for a multi vitamin
supplement to really work.

Also, what may be the best womens multi vitamins will differ from what
is the best multi vitamin for men, simply because men and women have
different biological needs.
