What's the title of the new target commercial (September 2006) and who
made it, where the screen is split into two, with one girl and one guy
walking toward the camera while keep changing outfit and gear. And is
there any place where i can download it, i collect interesting
commercials. (The music and the model would be nice to know too)

According to these two forums, the song is "All Possibilities" by Badly Drawn Boy.

However, I haven't been to locate anywhere to download this commercial.

Please let me know if this information suffices as an answer to your question.
