Is it possible to have a US credit card registered at a US address? I
would like this to be able to buy services over the Internet that are

Does anyone know how to do this?

Typically requires a quick acid test - three things
1) Citizenship (some cases).
2) Property ownership in the US.
3) US based bank account.
